Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping (U.S. Only)

  • $8 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100
  • Free standard shipping on orders $100+
    Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days once shipped.

Expedited & Overnight Shipping

We offer carrier-calculated rates for Expedited (2-Day) and Overnight shipping during checkout.
These rates are paid in full by the customer. Broadyarns does not subsidize express delivery.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
  • Broadyarns is not responsible for carrier delays, weather-related issues, or missed delivery attempts.
  • Once a package is handed to the carrier, tracking updates and delivery estimates are controlled by the carrier.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
If you do not see tracking updates within 48 hours, please contact us at help@broadyarns.com.


Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is simple: your sleeves should fit perfectly.
If they don’t, we’ll help you get the right size.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 45 days of delivery.

Eligible Condition

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Free of odors, marks, or damage
  • With original tags attached
  • In original or comparable packaging

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined.

Return Shipping Fee

For refunds:

  • A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

This fee helps cover the cost of shipping and restocking and discourages “bracket shopping” (ordering multiple sizes with the intent to return most of them).

Refunds are processed to the original payment method 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Free Size Exchanges

Need a different size or sleeve length?
Exchanges are free. This includes:

  • Size changes
  • Switching between Regular and Extra-Long Sleeve lengths
  • Exchanges for the same style (shirt type) in a different size

We cover shipping both ways for exchanges.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact help@broadyarns.com within 7 days of delivery.
We will make it right.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email help@broadyarns.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
    • Reason for the return or the preferred new size/sleeve length
  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Drop the package at your nearest USPS or UPS location (as indicated on the label).
  4. Refunds or exchanges will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

Policy Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Broadyarns reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our condition requirements.
  • Excessive returns may be flagged to protect inventory availability for all customers.
  • If an item appears worn, washed, or damaged, we may send it back to you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders $100+ ship free within the U.S.
Orders under $100 ship for a flat $8.


Why don’t you offer free shipping on all orders?

We prefer to put our resources into fit, fabric, and craftsmanship rather than absorbing rising carrier costs.
Free shipping at $100 keeps our prices fair and sustainable without compromising quality.


Do you offer free returns?

Returns for refund carry a flat $8 return shipping fee.
Exchanges are always free.


Why do returns cost $8?

Return shipping and restocking are expensive for small brands. The $8 fee helps keep our product pricing fair while ensuring we can continue offering premium fabrics and fit-first design.


What if my shirt doesn’t fit?

No problem — your exchange is free.
We’ll help you get the right size or sleeve length.


How long do I have to return an item?

You have 45 days from the delivery date.


What items are non-returnable?

  • Final Sale items
  • Items worn, washed, or missing tags
  • Items without original packaging

Do you accept returns for international orders?

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.


Can I exchange a shirt for a different color?

Yes — as long as the item is in stock and meets return conditions.


How long does it take to get my refund?

3–5 business days after we inspect your returned item.


My order shows as delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?

Contact help@broadyarns.com and we’ll assist you.


Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email help@broadyarns.com as soon as possible.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
